Steam locomotive pulling at least six cars of Lincoln funeral train enroute to Chicago. Print of glass copy negative, possibley from Chicago Historical Society. If a "Pullman Car" was attached to the Lincoln funeral train, it would have been after this photo was taken. Pullman`s Palace Car Company was not incorporated until 1869 though George Pullman was creating custom "Pullman Cars" at a variety of locations using other company`s car shops.
