Milwaukee (See tag on VV School picture) As pictures are numbered, it may have been for ordering prints or postcards, or could have been part of a display. Book has some mounted, some loose, some with multiple copies. Photos 1, 17, 21 and 30 are missing. One photo is unnumbered.
