Pullman Land Association Sale of PropertyFile consisting of surveys and several pieces of correspondence from 1930 to 1931 between the Pullman Land Association, the Michigan Central Railroad and the Pullman Trust & Savings Bank regarding proposed sale of land to the railroad. This land was adjacent to land purchased by the railroad in 1917. The land (5.762 acres) was to be sold for $2,850 per acre plus $1,159 for the proportionate part of a special assessment for paving 130th Street. Due to business downturn, the sale was never made.
